About Team:
Business Services: This team is invested in building a compact, robust organization that includes service operations and technology solutions for Finance, People, Associate Digital Experience (ADE) etc.. They also deliver a host of functions including procurement, supplier portfolio management, merchandising master data, and analytics. From building HR chatbots and virtual assistants, to designing invoicing solutions and facilitating legal changes, Business services helps drive efficiency and flexibility across every part of Walmart’s global presence.
Enterprise Business Services @ IDC Bangalore and Chennai in India are focused on data driven, highly optimized products and implementations in the areas of Finance, Procurement, Human Resources and Retail business functions for multiple Walmart markets with open stack technologies and other ERP tools.
What you'll do:
- Develop and Automate end to end functional & performance tests , enable faster validation.
- Work in partnership with Scrum team members, including engineering and product management, to deliver business functionality on-time, with required quality, and that meets the acceptance criteria.
- Write test cases and scenarios from the requirements/designs; manage bug tracking across multiple teams. Create, trigger, monitor and control the execution of automated test suites, identifying issues and potential gaps.
- Support QE governance of test processes, data, and execution metrics to help drive improve the performance of team.
- Provide feedback into coding standard methodologies with an emphasis on growing code testability and maintainability
- Be a key contributor to the continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines. Perform code reviews for your peers. Develop and build the test infrastructure.
- Perform manual exploratory testing and troubleshooting to help identify difficult to find bugs and UX issues
What you'll bring:
- You are familiar in javascript & relish challenges to work on new frameworks.
- Have extensive experience in Appium, Cypress.
- Have worked on API & Performance testing tools like Jmeter, Postman.
- Experience in running tests in Sauce Labs/Browser stack etc.
- Natural problem solver with a passion for driving solutions and working with other developers to enable test automation and Continuous integration, enjoy executing projects successfully and obsess about product quality constantly
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills. Ability work effectively with multiple teams.
- Open to work on product development with frameworks like React JS , React Native & Node JS.
