1. This is a high-visibility role that involves working closely with the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Everstage, a fast-growth Global SaaS company.
2. The SaaS product of Everstage is used by large enterprises and mid-market customers across 4 different continents
3. The role involves working with the Customer Success team (with guidance from the CEO) and generating insights and recommendations for customers based on their sales performance data

1. Strong in working with unstructured data and extracting insights and recommendations
2. Demonstrate curiosity to understand how businesses work and what are the broader goals that drive sales performance and incentives framework
3. Ability to see beyond data and connect the underlying business context to generate the right recommendations
4. Self-starter with a strong bias for action, who independently does secondary research to validate the thoroughness of insights and recommendations
5. Comfort with ambiguity and delivering with minimal supervision
6. Ability to articulate and present findings in consumable formats / charts to stakeholders
7. Identify recurring themes and put together framework for productizing these insights
Qualifications:
1. 2-5 years of relevant work experience in data analytics.
2. Prior experience in generating customer insights, and business and market analysis
3. Comfort with analysis on excel / google sheets.
4. Demonstrated ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, technology-oriented environment
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
6. Proficient with Python (Good to have)
