To strengthen our rapidly growing facility near Munich, we are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager (m/f/d), to support development and manufacturing of cutting-edge e-beam semiconductor equipment with a strong motive to drive optimization of processes and delivery of objectives to meet business objectives and create more value for our customers.

Key responsibilities:
Project Leadership:
Lead the planning, execution, and closing phases of eBeam technology projects, ensuring adherence to project scope, timelines, and budget
Provide leadership and direction to cross-functional project teams, fostering collaboration and maintaining a strong focus on project goals
Strategic Planning:
Collaborate with key stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and success criteria, aligning projects with overall business objectives
Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and contingency planning
You ensure proper product readiness for serial production and drive the related transition(s) of new products into serial production
Resource Management:
You are leading and developing a small team of highly motivated project managers
Effectively allocate and manage project resources, ensuring that team members have the necessary tools and support to achieve project milestones
Identify and address resource constraints, bottlenecks, and potential risks to project success
Stakeholder communication:
Establish clear and effective communication channels with internal and external stakeholders
Provide regular project updates, reports, and presentations to senior management, ensuring transparency and alignment with organizational goals
You are aligning project deliverables of suppliers, engineering projects and operational sectors to one consolidated plan
Risk Management:
Quality Assurance:
Uphold high standards of quality in project deliverables, ensuring that eBeam technology solutions meet or exceed industry and customer expectations
Implement and enforce quality assurance processes throughout the project lifecycle
You are participating in the process of documenting technical best practice and standards for production
Skills & qualification:
A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a technical or scientific area with at least 10 years of work experience preferably in project management
Demonstrated experience in leadership and management of complex projects and teams in highly dynamic environment(s).
Project Management Certification by PMI, etc would be an advantage
Capability to review technical designs
Define and leverage processes and teams to achieve project milestones and deliverables
Change management skills
Excellent Leadership, interpersonal & networking skills
Analytical mindset
Very good communication and presentation skills on multiple organizational levels
