As a German-Speaking Phone Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our business accounts to small business owners. This role requires excellent communication skills in German, a keen understanding of small business banking needs, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced startup environment.
Responsibilities
- Inbound Sales Calls: Initiate inbound calls to small business owners in Germany to keep the business account opening on track
- Client Consultation: Understand the unique banking requirements of potential clients, providing tailored solutions that align with their business needs.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our banking products, services, and promotions to effectively communicate their value to potential clients.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate positive relationships with clients, fostering long-term partnerships and identifying opportunities for additional services.
- Fluent in German: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in German are essential.
- Sales Experience: Proven track record in phone sales, preferably in the financial or banking sector.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a startup environment, demonstrating flexibility, quick learning, and a proactive attitude.
