We are looking for a new Commercial / Revenue Enablement Specialist based in New Jersey, London or Hamburg to join our growing Revenue Enablement team. You will report directly to the VP of Revenue Enablement and have an important role in developing and enabling our commercial teams – liaising with a wide range of stakeholders and moving across the organization to ensure that we continue on our rapid growth journey.
Key Responsibilities in the role
In this role, you will act as the Subject Matter Expert on all things Sales and Customer Success. You will develop initiatives and programs of enablement to quota carrying sales and customer success team members. The goal is to accelerate our success and growth through provision of fast and effective onboarding, ongoing education and tooling, and outcome focused commercial processes.
Other key tasks and responsibilities in this role are:
Learning Content Development
- Develop and manage learning content for the revenue teams' curriculum.
- Develop and maintain E-learning and LMS environments for virtual and remote training.
Training and Facilitation
- Run regular onboarding bootcamps for new sales and customer success employees.
- Coordinate and facilitate revenue team trainings and workshops in areas such as sales methodology, processes, and Xeneta products.
- Run sales and CS certification activities (Call Scoring, Role Plays, Exam Reviews, etc.).
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with various departments to build and maintain solid cross-functional relationships.
- Partner with Product and Marketing to equip Sales with up-to-date product offerings and resources.
Analysis and Evaluation
- Track and analyze the use and impact of revenue process and methodology tools.
- Analyze and evaluate training programs to ensure content, initiatives, and timelines are up to date.
- Coordinate with sales managers to review adherence to sales processes and methodologies and build individualized plans for optimization.
Deployment and Support
- Deploy enablement and educational material across multiple channels.
- Support Commercial Kickoff and QBR events, assisting with program management and content development for breakouts.
