Responsibilities - Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of software engineers to deliver high-quality solutions. - Design, develop, and maintain scalable software systems using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js). - Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define technical requirements and project goals. - Ensure the team follows best practices in coding, testing, and documentation. - Optimize software performance, scalability, and reliability. - Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to enhance the product offering. - Participate in hiring and onboarding new engineering talent. - Act as a key liaison between engineering and executive leadership, contributing to strategic planning and decision-making.
