Responsibilities:- Production Scheduling: Develop and maintain production schedules for manufacturing projects, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and project timelines.
- Resource Allocation: Coordinate the availability and allocation of materials, equipment, and personnel to meet production goals.
- Project Coordination: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and production teams to synchronize schedules and ensure smooth workflow across departments.
- Timeline Monitoring: Track progress against production schedules, identifying potential delays or issues and recommending solutions to stay on track.
- Data Management: Update and maintain scheduling software and databases with real-time information on production status, material availability, and project milestones.
- Vendor Coordination: Communicate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment in line with production needs.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure that all production schedules comply with government contract requirements, standards, and regulations. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify potential risks related to scheduling and production timelines and work proactively to mitigate any impact on project completion.
- Performance Reporting: Generate regular reports on production status, resource utilization, and schedule adherence for internal and external stakeholders.
