We’re looking for a talented, passionate, and motivated Product Enablement Manager to join the Customer Success Center of Excellence. In this role, you will become a subject matter expert on MongoDB’s products, providing the training and content our customer success team needs to thrive. MongoDB customers are highly skilled developers, so we require a practical approach to onboarding, training, and ongoing support. We seek someone who can blend technical skills with a passion for learning to develop world-class enablement programs. You will lead the technical enablement of our customer success team, making them self-sufficient in supporting customers with MongoDB solutions, in turn enhancing customer satisfaction. Your focus will be on MongoDB’s core architecture, adapting as it evolves to support more use cases. If you are ready to drive excellence and innovation in customer success, we want you on our team.
Responsibilities
- Form strategic partnerships with product, product marketing, and sales counterparts, fostering a collaborative environment to drive alignment and deliver product interlock to the CS org
- Develop an operating model and rhythm for consolidating and distributing product insights to the CS org, including the CoE Journey pillar. Working with a tiger team of ICs to help keep pulse and aligned for scale
- Technically upskill the CS team on MongoDB's product portfolio through the optimization of existing content and the creation of novel enablement materials
- Spearhead the rollout and implementation of comprehensive enablement programs and communications to empower our team with the latest advancements in our product portfolio
- Architect product certification frameworks, elevating our team's expertise in MongoDB's solutions
- Drive a culture of performance excellence by aligning projects with tangible Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), ensuring measurable impact and sustained success
Qualifications
- ~5 years experience in Product Enablement or similar role covering sales or customer success business; strong technical background a plus
- Proven experience in training others on cutting-edge technologies
- Demonstrated ability to assimilate complex concepts and clearly articulate business value to a diverse audience
- Excellent communication (written/verbal), facilitation skills, and ability to breakdown complex topics to easily train stakeholders
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and a continuously evolving product
