TTI, Inc. is looking for a Corporate Quote Project Manager at our Corporate office in Northwest Fort Worth, TX.
The Corporate Quote Project Manager - Branch Accounts is responsible for overseeing the completion of large customer quote projects, negotiating pricing, and driving key supplier lines. Works closely with suppliers, Corporate Product Managers and Strategic Sales and Branch Account Managers to maximize gross profit margin and pre-tax goals while achieving excellent customer service.

ACCOUNTABILITIES- Assigns, manages, and coordinates large, multi-site quotes by working with branch sales staff, regional Quote teams, suppliers, and Corporate Product department to develop a competitive price for product that will increase our customer gross profit dollars and overall sales.
- Utilize project planning tools to allocate proper resources to complete quotes.
- Establishes and maintains productive, professional relationships with appropriate strategic account personnel from our supplier community, TTI Sales organization, and assigned customers.
- Analyze, validate, and communicate quote contract awards to Sales organization.
- Participates in negotiations with customers on contract quotes to defend incumbent business and win new opportunities for award.Responds with a sense of urgency to issues, while utilizing problem solving skills to help resolve quote related issues.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE- Position requires a bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent job-related experience.
- A minimum of 3 years of TTI experience or related electronic industry experience, including experience in sales, sales management, marketing, product management, distribution, asset management, etc.
SKILLS & CERTIFICATIONS- Possesses knowledge of purchasing, inventory control, gross profit analysis, market and vendor analysis and economics of distribution.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Possesses verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
- Possesses strong analytical, problem solving and organization skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in teams with a collaborative interpersonal style.
- Interacts effectively with individuals and groups inside and outside the organization.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet required deadlines.
- Solid decision-making skills including ability to analyze impact of decisions before execution.
- Works well with moderate guidance and direction.
