Position Summary
In a fast paced, growth focused role, the Account Manager will generate new client opportunities in the Fort Worth and Surrounding areas by partnering and fostering relationships with our referral partners and by following a well-defined prospect to client process to close and consistently nurture ongoing relationships with new and existing accounts.
Responsibilities
Practices proven sales acumen with continued results
Exhibits self-efficacy in establishing an effective schedule that prioritizes marketing tactics, accounts, and prospective clients
Consistently meets with referral sources, potential clients, and other marketing initiatives
Demonstrates a high confidence level to interact with health care professionals at all levels
Effectively conducts informational meetings with prospective clients to understand needs
Engages daily with a competitive mindset to meet and exceed company objectives
Works both independently with self-motivation and collaboratively with teams
Demonstrates adaptability, enthusiasm, and willingness to cooperate while working with others
Executes effective problem solving, providing solutions to meet company and client needs
Creatively works with accounts and opportunities to establish relationships that generate ideal clients
Works with case managers and referrals to foster ongoing relationships
Demonstrates effective, communicative, and organized handoffs with new clients and internal partners
Resolves issues effectively – seeing real concerns, documenting effectively, being comfortable with addressing conflict, and solving the issues in a practical and healthy manner while communicating any changes to all stakeholders
Ensures professional consistency and communication with the HCB team, clients, and partners
Requirements
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Ability to lead and communicate effectively with clients, leadership, staff, and community
Ability to achieve growth, financial, and operational targets
Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment, work efficiently and consistently, serve as a self-starter and motivator to accomplish goals
Ability to organize with attention to detail
Function as a self-starter and adheres to state and local compliance standards
