Job Description:
The Director of Business Development will manage the Business Development Team in all aspects of prospecting for sales opportunities and opportunity management with System Integrators, Property Management Companies, and Distributor partners. S/he will manage industry Trade Show planning and execution and meet budget and sales plan objectives. As Director of Business Development, you will be working with the national and regional Fence and Gate sales team to maximize organizational and market synergies for maximizing sales and brand awareness.
Responsibilities:
- Grow the sales department revenue and profits.
- Take charge of defining sales staff hiring needs and team structure.
- Heavy emphasis on net new business by prospecting, hunting for new business opportunities by utilizing (LinkedIn, warm/cold emails & phone calls, in-person visits, networking, etc.)
- Maintain adequate activity levels to ensure consistent quota achievement.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base = $208k
- Variable bonus
