Job Summary: Raytheon, an RTX business, is seeking a Deputy Integrated Product Team Lead (DIPTL)/Control Account Manager (CAM) for a Ground System Development.
The DIPTL/CAM will primarily support the Operations, Maintenance and Readiness (OMR) Integrated Product Team (IPT), as well as provide technical back-up support for factory and deployed Cross Domain Solutions.
The position is for the Aurora, CO, location and is an onsite role.
Responsibilities To Anticipate: - Daily execution of the OMR IPT and is expected to work with the IPT lead, CAMs and PMO to meet cost, schedule, and staffing commitments.
- Duties will include multidisciplinary team guidance, supporting internal and external program reviews, monitor adherence to IPT budgets, plans, and schedules in support of program execution.
- Become Earned Value Management System (EVMS) certified within 6 months.
- CAM duties include:
Planning all time-phased scope and budgets for the IPT, partnering with the Program Planning and Finance discipline to develop and maintain the IPT's Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) discrete tasks as well as status level of effort tasks.
Managing IPT Earned Value Management System (EVMS) performance by reviewing labor and material actuals, supporting analysis of actuals vs plan, schedule status, cost/schedule integration, cost/schedule performance, corrective action plans, performance recovery plans, rolling wave baseline planning, Budget Change Requests (BCRs), Latest Revised Estimate (LRE), and Estimate at Completion (EAC).
Contributes to development of all EVM-related deliverables (CPR, CFSR, VAR, CTDR) and associated program performance metrics, successfully preparing for and executing Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs) and supporting Government Surveillance Reviews
Basic Qualifications:- Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience.
- Experience in change management and/or cost estimation.
- Experience with proposals, estimates, technical documents, and/or other contract deliverable items.
- Active and transferable U.S. government issued Top Secret/SCI security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications: - Security Certification in accordance with DoD 8570.01-M IAT-III (CISSP or equivalent) Compliant Certification
- Negotiation skills to communicate IPT status, issues and resolution plans across all major stakeholders including Raytheon senior stakeholders, customers, and major subcontractors.
- Experience with complex satellite ground systems, particularly command and control functionality.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively work with and communicate with all levels of organization and individual contributors on the program team.
- Systems, Test, and/or Software Engineering experience on a large government software development contract
- Experience with Satellite Command and Control or Mission Planning and Scheduling Operations
- Experience in SE process development and deployment Experience with complex satellite ground systems, particularly previous deployment of developed systems to ground station operations.
- Demonstrated written and oral communication.

The salary range for this role is 118,000 USD - 246,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
