USAgain is seeking an experienced Business Development Sales Executive to join the Business Development Team!

Business Development Sales Executive Job Summary:Pursue partnerships with nationwide shopping centers to implement textile recycling collection services. Develop new accounts and grow existing partnerships in specified market areas. Work with landlords, center managers and leasing agents via email and telephony, focusing on quality of centers while building strong pipelines.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in an outside sales business to business capacity and possess the personality, work ethic, and integrity that are required to work at a company that is seeking to aggressively expand its national footprint. Candidates should have extensive experience prospecting via cold-calls to landlords and/or property managers of shopping centers resulting in strong closing rates.
- Work with the Business Development team to craft and implement sales strategies
- Proficient computer and interpersonal skills required
- Maintain and manage a constant pipeline of prospective accounts through the sales process
- Excellent email etiquette, communication, problem-solving and presentation skills are a must
- Candidate must have experience working with networking platforms such as LinkedIn
- Professional communication skills required
- Willingness to learn and share feedback and other information with fellow employees and supervisors

This position does require onsite work at the office in Costa Mesa.
Annual Salary: $70,000 base salary with commission potential of $15k+ BenefitsThis position is subject to pre-employment background and drug screening.

Responsibilities and Duties- Working with shopping center managers nationwide
- Conduct effective sales presentations
- Meet and exceed weekly sales quotas
- Prepare contracts and renewals with terms and services
- Manage partner contracts, correspondence, administration, etc.
- Attendance at Division and Company meetings and events as required
Requirements
- 4+ years b2b sales
- Effective communication skills with customers Knowledge of sales concepts, methods, and techniques
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Self-starter, able to take the initiative and provide results; proactive approach with customers
- Works with integrity, enthusiasm, and creativity
- Driven by a commitment to success through aligning work priorities with strategic goals and
- opportunities Uses effective time management and organizational skills

- in generating leads via email campaigns a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel is required
