About The JobThe successful candidate works as a collaborative member of the sales team and takes a lead role on the technical side of the sale. Serves as a subject matter expert and is knowledgeable in design and deployment of SMART/IOT/Emerging Technologies, and managed Wi-Fi networks. Must be capable of developing and delivering advanced and complex technical presentations in simple and understandable terms. Also serves as technical and network subject matter expert for Breezeline sales team and other support organizations (construction, network, engineering, sales support, etc.). Will also evaluate acquisition and renewal opportunities, develop and recommend product and network design, and track through sales and implementation process. Acts as the regional subject matter expert for products, competitive technologies, and network options, and is the first point of contact when engaging internal stakeholders for complex RFP or bid responses. Focused on delivering a positive customer experience according to Breezeline standards and provides leadership to ensure that Breezeline solutions are comprehensive, achieve customer expectations, and meet customer business needs.
Job Responsibilities:- Works as a collaborative member of the sales team and takes a lead role on technical presentations in simple and understandable terms
- Communities sales team and other support organizations (construction, network, engineering, sales support, etc.).
- Evaluate acquisition and renewal opportunities, develop and recommend product and network design, and track through the sales and implementation process
- Provides leadership to ensure that Breezeline solutions are comprehensive, achieve customer expectations, and meet customer business needs.
- Analyze customer requirements and needs to understand how Breezeline products and services can be technically applied to meet the needs of the customer
- Translate complex technical design requirements and create and deliver sales presentations that demonstrate technical knowledge of Breezeline products and services
- As part of the sales process, plays a key role in the preparation of RFPs by designing cost-effective solutions and solving prospective configuration challenges through the standard or Individual Case Basis (ICB) process
- Set appropriate expectations and follow up with the customer on project timeline and completion
- Drive sales closure to shorten the sales cycle and ensure goals and objectives are achieved
- Collaborates with Network Engineering, Architecture Product Engineering, Systems Engineering, Service Delivery, Product Management, Product Development, HQ Sales Operations and Marketing teams to fully support the sales and implementation process.
- Serves as a technical subject matter expert on all Breezeline products, acts a mentor for fellow team members
- Design network solutions for the customer that meets their business needs.

Requirements:- The ability to communicate with, and sell products at a technical level to a varied audience - Software Engineers, Solution Architects, Project Managers, CTOs and other similar roles.
- A demonstrable capacity to rapidly absorb and learn new technical products.
- Practical knowledge of web technologies (HTML, REST, JavaScript, SaaS, etc).
- The ability to formulate a strong articulation of the business value of our product lines.
- The ability to develop and maintain strong customer relationships to maximize sales and revenue potential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in English.
- A confident presentation style with storytelling at the forefront of your narrative.
- Excellent time management, and ability to prioritize between multiple concurrent work threads
- A good business and commercial acumen.
- Proactive self-starter who can function well under pressure and tight deadline/turnaround situations
- Knowledge of FTTH and cable network architectures.
- Skilled in wireless network architectures and designs.
- FTTH and Coaxial construction background for MDU deployments.
Education and/or Experience - Five to seven years of relevant experience in a similar/comparable role
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in business or related areas of study and/or 3-5 years of related experience is strongly preferred.
- Ability to use personal computer and software applications including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
