Role Overview:
The Senior Account Manager will work within the Global Account Management team leading campaign content creation (imagery and copy) for the DX channel (website) and driving through overall delivery of these key comms for Jaguar Land Rover, globally. You will do this whilst providing guidance and mentoring to more junior members of the team. The role works with the Project Management and Resource teams across various functions, and in-market teams involved in the development and delivery of campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Working closely with the Account Director and Group Account Director to critique client briefs and develop strategic insights and proposals
- Guiding the creative process including briefings, reviews and approvals with a keen sense for strong creative (visual and written form)
- Managing campaigns with deep appreciation for timelines and critical paths
- Owning the client relationship for your projects keeping all stakeholders informed through verbal and written communications including Status Reports/Meetings and Contact Reports
- Preparing presentations and leading project meetings with clients
- Engaging with Project Managers, Market Leads and internal Accenture stakeholders across the business and keeping relevant parties informed
- Contributing to continued process improvement to ensure successful delivery against SLA with the client
Person Specification
Experience/Skills:
- Marketing experience is essential
- Demonstrate sound working knowledge/experience of all aspects of the marketing mix
- Innovative and strategic approach to problem-solving
- Show passion about the industry, with ability to judge client briefs and creative work against defined strategy and propositions
- An innate ability to develop strong, trusted relationships with our Clients
- Flair for multi-tasking and handling a high volume of work efficiently and accurately
- Solid analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and exceptionally organised
- Understanding of a global account including roll-out to Markets
- Excellent presentation and verbal/written communication skills
- Proficient using Adobe software, and Office 365 including Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint for Mac
- Experience with Workfront (SynOps for Marketing) beneficial but not essential
