What are we looking for?
We are looking for a DevOps Engineer who can focus on creating and maintaining complex release processes which require backwards compatibility:
- experience in creating a release process with backwards compatibility in mind, and implementing backwards compatibility functionality in complex Python code.
- able to work with the team to develop and maintain software that meets non-functional and functional business requirements.
- coordinate with team leads and customer advocates to define and implement requirements for the release process.
- able to identify, design, and implement internal process improvements, including re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability, optimizing data delivery, and automating manual processes.
- able to build analytical tools to utilize the data pipeline, providing actionable insight into key business performance metrics, including operational efficiency and customer acquisition.
- able to work with stakeholders, including data, design, product, and executive teams, and assist them with data-related technical issues.
Responsibilities:
- Create and implement complex release processes for multiple dependent software projects.
- Implementing backwards compatibility functionality in complex Python code
- Identifying, designing, and implementing internal process improvements, including re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability, optimizing data delivery, and automating manual processes
- Building analytical tools to utilize the data pipeline, providing actionable insight into key business performance metrics including operational efficiency and customer acquisition
- Coordinating with company executives and other professionals to create unique data infrastructure, running tests on their designs to isolate errors, and updating systems to accommodate changes in company needs
- Working with stakeholders including data, design, product, and executive teams and assisting them with data-related technical issues
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in DevOps engineering
- Strong proficiency in Python programming language
- Experience with continuous delivery and continuous integration
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or related field and 2+ years of ASIC design, verification, validation, integration, or related work experience.
OR
Master's degree in Science, Engineering, or related field and 1+ year of ASIC design, verification, validation, integration, or related work experience.
OR
PhD in Science, Engineering, or related field.
