Redaptive is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager, Category Management Lead to join our team. In this role, you will lead a team of Category Managers as they work to ensure cost savings, while achieving the highest quality, and timely delivery for Redaptive. Additionally, you will use your leadership and team building experience to drive a highly visible and key function in the Operations group. You will also partner with internal stakeholders to develop top-down strategy, drive efficiencies and positively influence company objectives. The Senior Manager, Category Management Lead reports to the Sr. Director of Strategic Sourcing.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with your team in the development of category strategies.
- Identify and develop a portfolio of qualified supply options in respective verticals.
- Assist in, and as needed lead, negotiations with providers.
- Drive the development and execution of cost models with your team – understand how significant cost drivers impact category strategy.
- Develop meaningful performance metrics for your team.
- Drive year on year cost savings while mitigating company exposure.
- Project Management – work cross functionally with internal stakeholders (Ops, Product, Sales, Partner Management, Legal) to build alignment on both specific projects and category strategy.
- Contract management – review and negotiate commercial terms – high familiarity with legal terms and conditions.
- Understanding of technology trends, market forces, cost trends, and supplier technology outlook.
Requirements/Qualifications
- BA or BS degree in a relevant concentration preferred or equivalent experience.
- 8-10+ years of experience in commodity management/category management/supply chain management/operations.
- Excellent analytical and project management capabilities.
- Experience/exposure in the following: Lighting, HVAC, electrical, building engineering, building construction, metering, manufacturing, or other related industry.
- Exceptional understanding of supply chain principles and sourcing fundamentals.
- Proven track record of leading teams.
- Build a deep understanding of Redaptive offerings and industry trends within your category.
- Maintain a sense of urgency and focus.
- Adaptable, flexible to changing priorities and excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent presentation, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Collaboration and influence management skills.
- CSCP (APICS) or CPSM (ISM) is a plus.
- Experience with both commodity and service offerings is a plus.

- Have an ergonomically correct and functional work-from-home workstation set up; amenable to a hybrid of working from home and in an office setting in the Denver Metro Area, Colorado.

- Expected annual salary: 164k (subject to adjustment for relevant experience, skills, geo location)
- Annual at-target bonus: minimum 10% of salary depending on level of role
