*We are looking for a full-time Solutions Architect / Lead Developer to join our team!*

* Expertise in Microsoft technologies, SQL Server and C# development, database design, healthcare regulations, documentation, and automation are key facets of this role.
*Responsibilities:*
* *Architectural Leadership: *Lead the design and development of scalable, robust, and high-performance solutions using Microsoft technologies and C#. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business goals and translate them into technical requirements.
* *Database and Data Architecture: *Architect and optimize database solutions, particularly with Microsoft SQL Server. Design data models and structures, with a focus on stored procedures for optimal performance.
* *Strategic Planning: *Collaborate with business stakeholders to create and execute a strategic roadmap for software initiatives. Provide expertise in transitioning from MVP to commercialization, ensuring alignment with market demands and industry standards.
* *Compliance and Regulations: *Incorporate healthcare requirements and regulations into the software architecture. Ensure solutions comply with industry standards and regulatory frameworks.
* *Commercialization Strategy: *Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand commercialization goals and contribute to a strategic roadmap. Leverage hands-on experience in transitioning from MVP to commercialization, ensuring software meets demands and industry standards. Understand and incorporate healthcare requirements and regulations into the development process.
* *Collaborative Teamwork: *Work closely with internal and distributed development teams to ensure architectural vision is implemented effectively. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and quality assurance.
* *Documentation and Automation Focus: *Establish and enforce comprehensive documentation practices for architectural decisions, design patterns, and best practices. Drive automation initiatives to enhance efficiency in development, testing, and deployment processes.
* *Technical Mentorship: *Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams. Ensure teams adhere to architectural principles and best practices.
* *Continuous Improvement: *Identify areas for improvement in existing systems and propose innovative solutions. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to inform architectural decisions.
* *Collaboration with DevOps: *Work closely with DevOps teams to design and implement CI/CD pipelines and automation processes.
*Requirements:*
* Proven experience in the same or similar role, with a focus on Microsoft technologies and C#.
* In-depth knowledge of database design, optimization, and maintenance, particularly with Microsoft SQL Server.
* Experience with SQL Source control, CI/CD pipelines, and test automation.
* Strong understanding of healthcare requirements and regulations.
* Excellent documentation skills with a focus on architectural decisions.
* Strategic thinking and proven experience in transitioning software from MVP to commercialization.
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
* Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse, cross-functional teams.
