Injured Workers Pharmacy is hiring an Account Manager in Columbia, South Carolina. The ideal candidate for this role is someone who builds effective relationships, solves problems quickly and efficiently, while growing the core business. The Account Manager works cross-functionally with multiple departments to help navigate our clients’ needs and expectations. This role will support both North Carolina and South Carolina and will be based out of Columbia, South Carolina.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
· Collaborate with the Territory Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources
· Provide proactive and consultative support, ensuring high retention and revenue growth within our existing client base
· Maintain contact with decision makers & office staff, focusing on the strategic nature of the relationship
· Work cross-functionally with multiple departments at the home office to ensure high levels of customer service
· Multitask, troubleshoot, and respond quickly to client needs
· Manage reporting and KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators) for region and clients
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
· Associate degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
· 2+ years of experience as an account manager or sales representative
· Proven capability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers
· Demonstrated self-confidence and a willingness to learn
· Solid MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
· Ability to travel throughout, in and around North Carolina and South Carolina.
