Responsibilities
Understand buying profiles and patterns of typical telephone prospects
Take all inbound sales calls
Respond to all internet inquiries
Send price quotes and other informational material
Maintain a consistent amount of shows & sales
Confirm appointments
Follow up on unsold prospects
Campaigns
Skills/Qualifications
Successful track record in Internet sales, auto dealership business development centers or Internet sales department
Strong phone skills
Overall knowledge of automotive sales and service department operations
Strong organizational skills abilities
Familiarity with dealership CRM and DMS systems
Job Requirements
High school diploma/GED
Basic computer skills
Dealership BDC experience
Must have valid driver license
