Business Development Representative – Raleigh

As a Business Development Representative, you'll play a pivotal role in acquiring new customers and expanding our existing accounts. Your contribution will be instrumental in our team's mission to broaden our commercial operations in Raleigh, a region ripe with untapped potential.
During the day, you would:
- Cultivate and close new business opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Utilize a CRM system to accurately track leads, customer accounts, and sales.
- Stay current on market conditions, competitor activities, and consumer behaviors.
- Make recommendations on marketing, pricing, and sales strategies.
- Establish yourself as an expert in the industry through LinkedIn and social media presence.
- Attend industry networking events and trade shows.
- Be “out in the field” most days meeting new prospects and interacting with existing clients.
What We’re Looking For
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in outside sales.
- Proven ability to cultivate new business opportunities.
- Successful background of servicing and expanding existing customers.
- Excellent skills in communication and nurturing relationships.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated success in exceeding performance goals.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and working as part of a team.
