What you'll do
As a Support Analyst within Sainsbury's Tech, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Technology Operations Team. Your main responsibilities will include raising and receipting of purchase orders, maintaining system data and resolving colleague queries. Building strong relationships with the Portfolio Team and the broader Tech team, you will collaborate and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and practises. With excellent organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure, you will communicate effectively and positively with colleagues at all levels, helping to enhance the perception and impact of the Technology Operations team within the Tech Division. Your resourcefulness, practicality, and problem-solving abilities will be essential in navigating challenges, streamlining processes, and making the division more efficient and productive.
Who you are
As a Support Analyst for Sainsbury's Tech, you are a dynamic and proactive professional with a can-do attitude and a strong ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced working environment. You have a eye for detail as accuracy is a fundamental part of the role and great organisational skills, allowing you to efficiently manage multiple tasks and work under pressure. With your ability to engage others through great communication and relationship-building skills, you effectively collaborate with colleagues at all levels across the department and throughout the Tech Division. Your resourcefulness, diplomacy, and problem-solving abilities enable you to navigate through red-tape and bureaucracy to determine the most efficient paths for completing tasks. With a keen interest in Tech and / or Retail, you bring valuable insights to the team and contribute to fostering a culture of fiscal responsibility and insight-led decision making.
