Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Strategic Project Manager to support our CBDO in executing high-priority projects and ensuring alignment with GoMining s business goals. This role will oversee multiple strategic initiatives, keeping projects on track and meeting deadlines, while providing administrative support to streamline the CBDO s workload. The ideal candidate has a background in project management, a proactive approach, and exceptional communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Project Management: • Coordinate and drive strategic projects that align with GoMining s broader business objectives, managing timelines, milestones, and deliverables. • Track project progress and provide regular updates to the CBDO, ensuring all projects stay on schedule and within scope. • Maintain detailed project documentation, including briefs, timelines, and status reports, to promote transparency and effective communication. Administrative & Executive Support: • Manage scheduling, calendar coordination, and travel arrangements for the CBDO, ensuring efficient organization for meetings and events. • Prepare meeting agendas, document key takeaways, and follow up on action items to maintain accountability and progress. • Support day-to-day operations by managing expenses, handling ad hoc administrative tasks, and coordinating logistics as needed. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Communication: • Serve as a central point of contact for cross-functional teams involved in strategic projects, facilitating clear communication across departments. • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines. • Arrange and organize meetings with partners, potential clients, and stakeholders, providing support with materials and documentation as needed. Market Research & Strategic Analysis: • Conduct market research on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to support project planning and strategy. • Provide regular insights and updates on relevant market developments to the CBDO and project teams. Ad Hoc Responsibilities & Special Projects: • Assist with special projects as assigned by the CBDO, managing tasks with attention to detail and ensuring timely completion. • Respond to urgent requests and handle unforeseen tasks to support both project and operational priorities. Qualifications: • Bachelor s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field. • 3+ years of experience in project management, ideally with experience in the tech, finance, or crypto sectors. • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization. • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) and Microsoft Office Suite. • Experience in the crypto or blockchain industry is a plus but not required.
