**Job Description:**
**Overall Purpose:** Supervises the work of a group of inside sales representatives in an Inbound Call Center who are responsible for selling company products and servicing customer accounts.
**Key Roles and Responsibilities:** Directs work activities to achieve the volume expected to meet operational requirements. Ensures accuracy and efficiency of service, maximization of sales revenue and adherence to established policies and procedures. Directs, coaches, motivates, and develops telephone sales and service skills of all supervised sales representatives to ensure that sales and service goals are met. Monitors performance of representatives according to established monitoring standards. Counsels and advises representatives regarding performance and discipline. Influences decisions regarding hiring, promoting and discharging employees.
**Education** : Bachelor degree preferred.
**Experience:** Call Center processes, procedures and metrics, sales, coaching, leading, developing, problem solving, and MS office preferred.
**Supervisory** : Yes.

Earns between $45,000 - $67,400 USD + $19,000 in commissions yearly if all sales goals are met. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
