Summary
The Business Account Manager is responsible for the satisfaction, retention and management of the existing customer assigned base billing not less than $500 under Commercial Sales/Business Services.
Duties and Responsibilities
Renew customer contracts to protect and secure existing revenue on accounts not less than $500.
Maintain regular account contact to ensure positioning and alignment of Vexus Services within assigned accounts.
Initiate and coordinate warm handoff from the direct sales organization for new accounts within account threshold.
Maintain customer satisfaction and serve as the primary escalation point for any customer issues that arise with assigned base of accounts.
Perform comprehensive quarterly customer review meetings to establish a “Trusted Advisor” relationship and ensure a high level of customer experience for assigned base of accounts.
Maintain the Vexus culture while representing the organization during Business Account Manager’s duties
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or 3-5 years equivalent job experience in an Account Management role, preferably in the technology.
Ability to create relationships with internal and external customers
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be able to present effectively in front of groups both technically and non-technically oriented
Must be self-motivated and results-driven, as demonstrated by previous work experience
Must possess the ability to analyze and solve problems arising through customer interaction
Must possess ability to operate in a team environment
Proficiency with Microsoft products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Ability to use and or learn Saleforce.com
Ability to learn billing software systems
