Job Summary:
The Trading Support team is responsible for providing support on trading-related concerns and issues. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sports, an analytical mind, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:Handles day-to-day players’ trading-related queries through Zendesk and ensures efficiency. Manual correction of settlement in connection to client complainsData verification is done using different sources to check game/player statistics.Monitoring game schedules and results (US Sports especially).Work closely with other Operations teams to ensure that any trading-related concerns are addressedProvide excellent customer service to clients and respond to any inquiries or concerns promptly
Qualifications:Experience in sports gaming and bettingPassion for sports and a good understanding of various sports and their rulesKnowledge of sports betting markets and betting oddsAbility to work well under pressureExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExperience in customer supportAbility to work independently and remotelyWilling to work on shifting the schedule
