Founded in 2019, Uncapped is the fastest, most affordable way for growing online businesses to fund marketing and inventory. The company was born out of frustration with the limited financing options available for UK and European entrepreneurs to finance growth.
Uncapped provides working capital loans to brands and retailers around the world, doing between $10m and $100m in turnover.
Uncapped has raised VC funding from most notable investors including Lakestar, Mouro Capital, Global Founders Capital, White Star Capital, Seedcamp, and All Iron Ventures.
What you will do ✍️
You will develop and own a portfolio of successful prospects by offering a solution that solves a huge pain point for brands and retailers, and beats alternatives head-to-head. Our customers love what we offer, and 90% take more capital. Great word of mouth brings plenty of qualified leads.
- Lead nurturing: Qualify inbound and partnerships leads, nurture a pipeline of investment opportunities and assist Account Executives with moving deals through the funnel
- Process: Master our customer onboarding process, helping business owners connect their sales and finance accounts to share data for underwriting
- Outreach: Structure outreach campaigns to win-back churned opportunities and help maximise funnel conversion
- Knowledge: Become a subject matter expert on the alt. financing scape
- Collaboration: Contribute to the ongoing development of sales-related systems, processes, and business practices by sharing recommendations to improve efficiency and capacity and updating our script to focus on key customer needs.
- Culture: Lead by example to create an inspiring team environment where ideas are shared, and openness is valued alongside the impact on customers.
Who you are 👀
- You have strong communication skills via phone and email.
- You have a good academic record (ideally a degree) and a history of thinking outside the box.
- You are interested in the high-growth businesses ecosystem, specifically e-commerce, SaaS, and D2C business models (or you want to learn quickly about the ecosystem).
- Experience in a target based, customer-centric role, such as sales or partnerships
- You are a natural people person: charismatic, emotionally intelligent, and able to adapt your communication style to your audience.
- You have excellent analytical and administration skills.
- You are organized, structured and have great attention to detail.
- Experience with HubSpot or a similar sales platform would be beneficial.
