Multi-Family Business Development SpecialistPF&TCO specializes in the Multi-family industry. Focused on the rent-ready vertical. We are rapidly expanding into targeted high growth markets. As demand for our services increase, we are adding team members. Qualified candidates will add value by enhancing our proven sales and service models.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:- Cold-calling, prospecting, lead generating, and building long term relationships with our potential customers
- Travel locally, regionally, and nationally as needed
- CRM rules of engagement actively maintained in real time
- Becoming an active member and participating in different trade organizations locally, regionally, and nationally
- Developing and nurturing relationships with company vendors and contractors
- Preparing and presenting sales proposals to customers, decision makers, and internal and external customers
- Walking customers through the "next steps" and the PF&TCO operational process while bridging communications with our estimating and quoting department
- Setting proper expectations by communicating clearly and consistently via phone, email, and texts with all stakeholders
- Providing world class customer service to current and future customers
- Exceed key performance sales activity targets daily, weekly, and monthly such as but not limited to phone calls, networking events, lead generation, one-on-ones, and one-on-manys.
- Exceed sales targets monthly, quarterly, and annually
- Keep Top 10-20-100 list current within CRM
- Participation in personal and professional training opportunities (sales, leadership, and product knowledge training)
- Daily Training in Cardone University
- Facilitating product knowledge presentation on new products, services, and industry trends
- Perform responsibilities with a professional, humble, and ethical manner
Requirements
Qualifications:- Proven sales performance demonstrating effective prospecting, closing, and nurturing skills
- Experience and working knowledge in the flooring industry highly preferred
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated team player with strong work ethic
- Some sales experience preferred; B2B experience a plus
- Willing and able to learn new products and trade knowledge
- Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional organizational and time blocking skills
- Prior use of CRM tool and territory management required
- Ability to respond to customer needs with a sense of urgency
- Servant mentality while working closely across a variety of personality types
