We are looking for our next talented Account Manager to be part of our Sales team and support us with up selling and retention of our existing customers.
You will be a critical part of a team focused on increasing adoption of the entire eloomi solution by developing the rapidly growing US market. As an Account Manager at eloomi, you will have the exciting opportunity to directly impact the growth and shape of an emerging core L&D product.
As Account Manager, you will work with an assigned account portfolio and ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction in our largest and fastest growing territories. You will own the financials of this book of business and serve as the single point of contact with your accounts for all financials including renewal, upsell, cross sell, downsell and overall revenue retention and expansion strategies.
This role is based in the United States and as Account Manager you will report to the VP Account Management.
Your responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will possess both a sales and blended customer service background that allows them to strategically engage at the Executive level as well as with HR Managers & HR Business Partners. You should also be a self-starter who is prepared to develop and execute against a fast moving territory coverage plan and consistently deliver on quarterly revenue targets.
- Drive revenue and increase market share in a defined set of accounts
- Meet or exceed monthly revenue targets
- Develop account plans and execute to plan to grow the eloomi footprint within your assigned account base
- Manage numerous accounts concurrently & strategically
- Create & articulate compelling value propositions around eloomi products & services
- Accelerate customer adoption through well-developed sales engagements and successful go-to-market strategy to achieve customer outcomes
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline in our CRM (HubSpot) and maintain our CRM tool (Totango) with up to date status on each of your accounts
- Ensure high customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of full sales cycle, technology sales or equivalent business development
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (Leadership, CSM, Sales, Product) to deliver a world class customer experience
- Ability to communicate at all levels within the customer organization to build long lasting relationships built on trust
- Excellent, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Analytical skills to evaluate opportunities within their assigned portfolio of accounts
- High Performance attitude and a relentless focus on meeting and exceeding quota
- BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience required
- A background working with HR Technology is a major plus
