As part of our Sales Organization, you will partner with educators to create long term sustainable travel programs, making EF easy to love and hard to leave. Your dedicated support and sales instinct will ensure success through creating opportunities to retain travelers, building loyalty with your teachers, facilitating repeat sales conversations, and generating referrals.
In this role, you will play an integral part in helping educators manage the deadlines and details that go into planning their trip. Your goal will be to provide support and to help these customers be successful and ultimately, become repeat business.
What You'll Do: - Own and manager the success of a portfolio of 70-80 accounts
- Sustain and grow travel programs in schools by repeating customers and working with Tour Consultants to create opportunities for growth
- Build relationships with customers by answering questions, proactively addressing departure concerns and providing tour-related expertise
- Use your knowledge of EF procedures to successfully solve pre-tour, on-tour, and post-tour challenges. Don't worry - after training you'll be an expert!
- Support teachers and guide emergency situations successfully while groups are on the road
- Sell a product that truly changes students lives by being fearless, focused, and having fun!

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite- Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
- You can successfully balance the needs of the customer and business to know how to manage your time effectively
