The Enterprise Account Manager is a critical leadership position within the organization that has responsibility for the growth of their segment through revenue growth with existing Enterprise and Pre-Enterprise partners. This role is thus intended to maintain relationships with Dynapower's most important partners and work with them to grow their year over year revenue. This role has explicit input to the Segment Directors on the formal strategy and is a key internal VOC for product development. The role has no direct reports but collaborates closely with the balance of the team and helps prioritize the activity of the Quotes Specialist(s) and Applications Engineer(s).
General Responsibilities• Leads the direct sales process and achieving sales targets
• Responsible for visits to current and potential clients
• Leads the performing of routine account management activities
• Submits short and long-range sales plans and prepares sales strategies utilizing available marketing programs to reach nominated targets
• Ensures that clients receive high quality customer service
Experience / Qualifications• A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience
• Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands
• Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation
• Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results
• Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity
• Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
• Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers
Additional Responsibilities• Drives the signing of Master Supply Agreements (MSAs).
• Coordinates quotes and RFPs.
• Works with Marketing to promote Dynapower's profile in the assigned segment, for example through participation in events and webinars and providing input on segment-specific company collateral.
Additional Experience• Working experience from a power electronics and/or renewable energy equipment manufacturer preferred
