Job Responsibilities:- Understand the sales process by completing training assignments and new associate orientation.
- Learn product knowledge and application through training courses and on-the-job training.
- Observe the sales process by traveling with sales representatives, attending sales meetings, and meeting with suppliers.
- Grow existing accounts and nurture new accounts to create an account package.
- Generate leads from warm calls and referrals from the ECommerce team.
- Manage all aspects of the customer experience from start to finish and collect information in customer management tools.
Qualifications and Skills:- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor's degree Preferred.
- 3-4 years of Sales experience required.
- Driver's License required.
