SUMMARY:As a HUB Global Account Manager, you will provide support to clients in obtaining, maintaining, and servicing commercial lines accounts. You are responsible to manage and grow a portfolio of multinational insurance clients. You will work closely with broker offices and clients to understand their insurance needs and develop customized insurance solutions to meet those needs.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:- Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and multinational clients.
- Responsible for communicating and servicing with offices in other countries, ensuring client needs are identified and met in line with agreed service standards.
- Serve as the client point of contact for day-to-day needs and questions across various countries, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored insurance solutions.
- Coordinate and collaborate with international teams to deliver seamless service and support to clients operating in different regions.
- Manage the entire insurance policy lifecycle including policy issuance, endorsements, and renewals, reviewing policy terms and conditions, negotiating with insurance carriers, and ensuring timely policy renewals.
- Prepare and present proposals including quotes for clients' US operations.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, prospects, client teams, and producers to provide best in class service.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, policy details, and transactions in the system.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and market developments to anticipate client needs and offer proactive solutions.
- Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:- 5+ years of experience in commercial lines.
- 2-20 license preferred.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:- Knowledge of EPIC system is a plus.
- Knowledge of global programs and some knowledge on how reverse flow programs work.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite knowledge.
