Responsibilities:
•Responsible for design and build of business-critical Salesforce solutions that adhere to platform best practices and meet/exceed customer expectations. Typical Salesforce implementations include custom platform development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, JavaScript, data models, creating workflows, and configuring custom objects and fields), integrations with back-office systems (using MuleSoft, middleware and API’s) and complex data migrations
•Review solutions and ensuring that the Salesforce solutions are scalable and perform optimally (even during high volume periods), are secure and meet compliance requirements.
•Provide detailed level of effort estimates for proposed solutions with other team members. Articulate the benefits and risks to a solution's feasibility and functionality
•Evaluate new technologies that can improve the Salesforce solutions and recommend changes or additions as needed, staying up to date with the latest trends and best practices.
•Implement and maintain DevSecOps practices using tools such as Copado, AccelQ, and Automation, ensuring security is integrated into all stages of the software development lifecycle.
•Plan and implement release management activities for the Salesforce CRM platform and related systems, including source control, build and deployment automation, and continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD).
•Configure and maintain release management tools such as Copado, Gearset, or Jenkins, and ensure that tools are properly integrated with the Salesforce CRM platform
•Provide technical guidance and support to other Technical Leads, Developers, and other stakeholders on release management best practices and tools.
•Lead and manage Salesforce projects from initial planning to implementation; Supervise and mentor a team of Salesforce developers and administrators
Qualifications & Experience:
•7+ years of relevant IT technical experience with minimum 2 – 3 years hands-on Salesforce Build experience. Hands on development experience in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning (Aura and LWC), Force.com and JAVA/J2EE.
•At least 2 Salesforce Certifications (preferred PD I , Platform App Builder, Administrator, User Experience Designer, Architect )
•Experience developing custom and declarative solutions using Salesforce framework and technology stack
•Exposure with CICD and integration tools like Mulesoft, Copado, GitHub, Jira, IDE tools like Visual Studio and Eclipse)
•Experience with Continuous Delivery of complex Salesforce solutions. Build experience following established Salesforce development standards and best practices
•Strong interpersonal skills and experience communicating with technical and non-technical audiences. Ability to adapt to changing working conditions and work assignments.
•Extensive experiences with integration platforms
•Having worked in Agile / scrum development methodology
•Experience with other Salesforce Clouds (e.g., Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud) or Salesforce Industry solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
•Working knowledge of Salesforce Health Cloud, Patient Connect product, systems within the Patient Services functions
•Additional Salesforce Certifications that may include Health Cloud consultant, Sales Cloud Consultant, Advanced Admin, PD II, System Architect
•Technology certifications such as Copado, GitHub, Test Automation Tool Suites (e.g. Pytest, Selenium, AccelQ)
•Agile trainings and certifications such as Scrum Master, Product Owner, Scaled Agile SAFE
•Knowledge of database, storage, hosting, cloud, application, analytics, and services technologies, Tableau analytics and reporting
•Strong data analytics and reporting skills within Salesforce; Familiarity with data integration and API management for complex system connections; Experience in managing third-party vendor relationships and integrations
