If yes, this job is for you! We are growing a multilingual team in our Accenture team to service our global social media platform client.
Transforming sales to become a future-ready and digital B2B revenue engine. The team helps assess, design, build and implement best practices on process, organization, and technology to create, execute, and run a collaborative sales and support roles.
What are we looking for? • Minimum degree - Any Graduation
• 1 year experience of inside sales/customer engagement (outbound selling is a plus)
• Fluent in English
• An excellent communicator, with the ability to effectively convey our message in meetings as well as through cold calling, outbound calling, and mail conversations.
• An emotionally intelligent networker, who gets energy from connecting to customers,
• A proactive team player who thrives in cross-functional and fast-paced environments
• Problem solver, attention to details, communicative, proactive with a strong work ethic plus passion for ensuring a world class user support experience.

Roles and Responsibilities: • First point of contact in the sales process
• Become and remain knowledgeable about the products and processes.
• Interface effectively with potential clients
• Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.
• Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails (make 40-50 outbound calls per day)
• Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
• Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Account Executives
• Make well balanced decisions and personally driven to be an effective advocate of the brand.
• Follow the agreed turnaround times and standards of quality.
• Identify inefficiencies in workflows and suggest solutions.
• Recognize trends and patterns and escalate issues to management.
• In this role you are required to solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines
• Your expected interactions are within your own team and direct supervisor
• You will be provided detailed to moderate level of instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instruction on new assignments
• The decisions that you make would impact your own work
• You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a predetermined, focused scope of work
