AT A GLANCE
The Data Analyst II supports and validates the Off-Benefit line of business network set ups and unit cost management activities through financial and network pricing modeling, analysis, and reporting. The position conducts unit cost and contract valuation analysis in support of pharmacy guarantee management, client network contracts and prescription drug unit cost management strategies. Responsibilities also include managing data integrity, managing pricing models, performance reporting and associated processes and procedures.
Where You'll Be
To prioritize togetherness, culture, and accountability, RVO Health operates on a hybrid in-office work schedule. We expect employees to work from our South Charlotte office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday each week. You are welcome to work remotely Mondays and Fridays if you wish.

What You’ll Do
- Management of generic drug unit price changes to meet consumer needs and business requirements
- Maintaining Networks for price accuracy and correct set ups
- Development and maintenance of pricing change models to insure market competitiveness, price accuracy, and contract regulation adherence
- Documentation of processes related to core job functions
- Assisting with projects on ad-hoc basis
- Dashboard maintenance, creation, and automation using data visualization tools like Power BI
- Creating forecasts and financial impact analysis for Off-Benefit products
- Working with big data to model trends and insight to be shared with Senior Leadership
What We’re Looking For
- Undergraduate degree required or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience in a position monitoring, managing, manipulating, and drawing insights from data
- 3+ years of SQL programming with the ability to perform effective querying involving multiple tables and subqueries
- Experience building models and forecasts
- Experience working with and creating databases and dashboards using all relevant data to make inform decisions
- Strong problem solving, quantitative and analytical abilities
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Pursuant to various state Fair Pay Acts, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company. The following benefits are provided by RVO Health, subject to eligibility requirements.
- Starting Salary: $97,500 - $120,000
*Note actual salary is based on geographic location, qualifications and experience
