As a Data Analyst for RVO Health, you drive problem-solving with autonomy, while being an expert at querying, transforming, and providing analytical insights. Our Data Analysts dig deep into the business and provide data solutions with advanced analytics, business intelligence and data science to drive success and enrich the user experience. As a Data Analyst, you will communicate, support, and strategize with business, tech, and data team stakeholders. You will act as a data-savvy consultant, telling the data story by understanding processes, solving problems, and making business and marketing recommendations.
Where You'll Be
To prioritize togetherness, culture, and accountability, RVO Health operates on a hybrid in-office work schedule. We expect employees to work from our Minneapolis office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday each week. You are welcome to work remotely Mondays and Fridays if you wish.

What You’ll Do
- Provide strategic insights derived from digital marketing, web event, sales, and coaching data that drive marketing investment and customer experience decisions
- Use statistics to identify the significance, noise, and correlation in data
- Conduct hands-on advanced analytics using multiple data sources originating from different applications and systems
- Build relationships with business teams and data science teams to identify opportunities for deep analytics on customer behavior and site performance
- Build compelling visualizations and interactive dashboards that enable us to democratize analvtics
- Work with data science, data engineers, and business teams to build scalable and effective data products
- Identify opportunities to use advanced analytics to develop new strategies and improve business performance
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in complex business analysis, digital analysis, or marketing analysis role
- Proficiency in visualization tools such as Looker or Tableau
- Extensive experience in building SQL queries across complex relational database experience
- Experience designing scalable data models and ETLs
- Demonstrated ability to solve problems with creativity and little direction
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize data into impactful insights and communicate recommendations to leadership
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills, with a track record of working well with business stakeholders
Pursuant to various state Fair Pay Acts, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company. The following benefits are provided by RVO Health, subject to eligibility requirements.
- Starting Salary: $75,000 - $105,000
*Note actual salary is based on geographic location, qualifications and experience
