What you'll do...
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Tricentis Tosca Automation/LiveCompare Engineer with 7-8 years of experience in the SAP payroll domain to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Tosca automation testing methodologies, as well as comprehensive knowledge of SAP systems.
What you'll do:
- Deep understanding and extensive experience of the automation landscape and apply a customer-focused mindset to develop implementation strategies for Tricentis Tosca/LiveCompare, and other Tricentis products.
- Create, and execute automated test scripts using Tricentis Tosca for payroll-related applications and systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, identify test scenarios, and define test cases for payroll functionalities.
- Thoroughly test payroll systems to ensure accuracy, reliability, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Implementation of test automation frameworks and best practices to optimize testing processes and improve test coverage.
- Conduct root cause analysis of defects, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolutions to maintain system integrity and performance.
- Stay up-to-date on emerging trends, tools, and technologies in automation testing and the payroll domain to drive innovation and enhance testing strategies.
- Execute Tricentis Tosca Automation & LiveCompare implementations, including the installation and configuration of Tricentis LiveCompare in customer environments.
- Mentor less experienced/novice team members, offer technical guidance, and facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to foster continuous learning of Tosca tools.
- Implement best practices to achieve value outcomes from impact analysis, aligned with customer processes.
- Establish strong relationships with business stakeholders, SAP functional and technical consultants to ensure customer satisfaction and success.
- Hands-on using Tricentis Tosca automation tool for SAP GUI and web applications.
- Test data management via TCD, TDS.
- Using DEX agents for parallel execution.
- Configure Tosca environment for development and execution.
- Leveraging scripting languages such as Java, Python, or VBScript.
- Managing version control systems (e.g., Git), continuous integration tools (e.g., Jenkins), and test management tools (e.g., Jira).
- Writing custom control code for Tosca.
- Identifying at-risk SAP applications with Tosca LiveCompare, detecting broken tests due to SAP screen changes, and identifying impacted SAP and security roles related to SAP "Note" releases.
- Experience in working onshore and offshore blended delivery model.
- Tricentis Tosca certification, good understanding of Workday, SAP payroll processes, tax regulations, and compliance requirements are an added advantage.
