Job Description
Visa Technology & Operations LLC, a Visa Inc. company, needs a Software Engineer – Sr. Consultant level (Multiple Openings) in Foster City, CA to serve as a primary technical development/configuration resource for applications in the Risk, Compliance, Audit and Sourcing space, primarily with the RSA Archer GRC platform. Collaborate with business customers in applying process and functional requirements to application design. Define unit and integration testing plans, testing scripts, enhancements, custom modifications and interfaces to be developed. Support the creation of architecture and design documentation for the GRC platform, facilitating business involvement, updating the requirements documentation, and ensuring requirements traceability. Support the project manager in managing customer expectations with respect to project cost, complexity, and timeline. Evaluate application system design across all business solutions for ongoing process and system improvement. Maintain communication with GRC System vendor resources for maintenance and performance issues. Collaborate with other Visa IT groups for project and ongoing support activities. Execute ongoing support activities for risk, compliance and sourcing business systems, including user provisioning, incident and change management. Maintain System configuration documentation as changes are implemented across the application portfolio. Provide hands on technical and functional expertise, coaching and mentorship to improve skills across the development and operations team including creation of artifacts supporting requirements, architecture, functional/technical design, and support documentation. Lead collaboration activities with technical program manager (TPM) and business partners on requirements, workflow design, configuration, and business process re-engineering. Position reports to the Foster City, California office and may allow for partial telecommuting. Position has direct reports who hold the job titles of: Software Engineer – Sr. Consultant level; Sr. Software Engineer; Sr. SW Test Specialist; and Sr. SW Test Engineer.
Qualifications
Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, or related field, followed by 7 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or in a software engineer-related occupation.

Rate of Pay: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is $163,571.00 USD to $252,300.00 USD per year. Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for an annual bonus and equity.
