Boeing Defense/Space/Security's Composites and Metallics Centers of Excellence team is seeking a Senior NC Programmer in Mesa, AZ.

Join us for the unique opportunity to provide direct support to Mesa's Metallics and Composites Machining center which produces precision parts for the AH-64 Apache helicopter and other military and commercial aircraft. You will be working alongside other highly skilled programmers and engineers as part of Mesa’s Production Engineering team to develop innovative technical solutions to complex manufacturing challenges.
Position Responsibilities:
Provide technical leadership across all machine-types
Produce high-quality machine code and inspection routines for multi-axis equipment
Provide producibility and capability assessments for metallic and composite designs
Provide hands-on support to machine operators, mechanics, inspectors and management
Provide quality oversight and verification of machining methods, tool selection and documentation
Assess current NC processes and tools and lead team in developing improvements
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.
This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.
Basic Qualifications Required:
5 or more years of experience do you have with Numerical Control (NC) programming machines
5 or more years of experience using Vericut tool path verification software
1 or more years of experience using PC-DMIS or CAPPS-NC for on-machine inspection
5 or more years of experience working with computer aided design such as CATIA, Solidworks, or Siemens NX
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with CNC machining Composites and Metallics part
Experience designing and developing holding fixtures
Experience as an NC Machinist
Active Security Clearance
Typical Education & Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Associate) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Bachelor+4 years' related work experience, 8 years' related work experience, etc.).
Relocation:

Summary pay range for senior level: $102,000 - $138,000
