Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and talented AI Engineer to join our dynamic team. As an AI Engineer, you will play a key role in developing and deploying state-of-the-art Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLM) solutions. You will also be responsible for effectively managing and optimizing the data required for these projects. Key Responsibilities:
- NLP and LLM Development: Design, develop, and implement NLP and LLM algorithms and models to solve complex business problems. Create and fine-tune language models, including pre-trained and custom models.
- Data Management: Lead the management of large and complex datasets for AI projects. Ensure data quality, data privacy, and data security while optimizing data pipelines and storage solutions.
- Model Training and Evaluation: Train, validate, and evaluate NLP and LLM models to achieve high levels of accuracy and performance. Continuously improve and optimize models based on feedback and evolving business needs.
- Feature Engineering: Extract and engineer relevant features from unstructured text data for model training and analysis.
- Data Preprocessing: Develop and implement data preprocessing and cleansing techniques to prepare raw data for model training.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and domain experts to integrate AI solutions into real-world applications.
- Research and Innovation: Stay updated on the latest developments in NLP, LLM, and AI technologies, and explore innovative approaches to enhance AI capabilities.
- Data Governance: Establish and enforce data governance best practices, ensuring data compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for AI models, data management processes, and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in NLP and LLM, with a strong portfolio of projects demonstrating your expertise.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, and experience with deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Solid data management skills, including data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
- Familiarity with data storage solutions, databases, and data warehousing.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work with large, messy, and unstructured datasets.
- Knowledge of data privacy and security regulations, such as GDPR and HIPAA.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and collaboratively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Understanding of containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of natural language processing libraries and tools (e.g., spaCy, NLTK).
- Experience with model deployment and serving in production environments.
