Job Description
Visa Technology & Operations LLC, a Visa Inc. company, needs a Staff Systems Engineer (multiple openings) in Austin, TX to: Be responsible for providing end users cloud solutioning platforms within Office 365 and Azure technologies. Provides 3rd level Corporate IT Engineering and support for Corporate Cloud Solutions applications and solutions. A key contributor in training our 2nd level Operations team for support and maintenance. Available for escalations and is responsible for additional solutions such as Mobile Devices, MobileIron, AD FS, SSO Federations and MDCA policy engines. Work with the Information Security Office to ensure solutions deployed meet Visa Security Requirements, provide technical assistance for investigation and analysis of security alerts, and maintain system security. Provide technical support to Operations, Engineering team members and end users to ensure problem resolution is achieved in the shortest possible timeframe. Communicate and liaise with all other departments, notify appropriate parties immediately of any issues which may affect efficient operations, including but not limited to outages, service disruptions, and repeated customer complaints. Interface with customers to gather appropriate details or communications designs. Assist internal customers in a professional and service driven manner i.e., during M&A activity, new deployments, or service-related configurations. Assist other members of team to complete assignments to meet goals, deadlines, and objectives. Develop and document policies, procedures, and associated training plans for systems administration and operations teams. Manage security assessments and vulnerability management portfolio for Cloud Infrastructure. Position reports to the Austin, Texas office and may allow for partial telecommuting.
Qualifications
Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Information & Technology Management or related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or in a Staff Systems Engineer-related occupation.

SALARY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is $128,752.00 USD to $190,400.00 USD per year. Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for an annual bonus and equity.
