Job Description Qualifications:
Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Mid-Level, Lead, or Senior Integrated Planning and Scheduling (IP&S) Specialist to join the Boeing Space and Launch (S&L) Satellite Systems Business team in El Segundo, CA.
We are seeking a motivated career-driven professional to support program and portfolio scheduling initiatives in a growing product area.
Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including; Mid-Level, Lead, or Senior Integrated Planning and Scheduling Specialist
You will participate in all aspects of IP&S activities and execute the following to provide actionable, value-added products to their customers:
Program Planning – Develop initial planning products (e.g. IMP, WBS, Master Phasing Schedule, High-Level Flows)
Program Scheduling – Develop the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
Detailed Scheduling & Change Management – Develop and maintain lower-level schedules
Change Integration – Manage the change integration teams
Project Management – Lead key program initiatives to improve execution.
Position Responsibilities:
Supporting development and maintenance of Program Management
Program Scheduling and systems integration requirements development and definition.
In charge of the program IMS and serving as a Schedule Analyst for the Integrated Product team in developing, integrating, and maintaining the IMS reporting to the Program Management team
Works closely with Integrated Product Team Leads, IP&S team, and program leadership to ensure alignment and integration of the IMS with other key program plans and schedules such as the Integrated Master Plan (IMP), Master Phasing Plan, Critical Path Analysis, High-Level Flow (HLF) and detailed schedules below the IMS
Accountable for schedule compliance, assessment of schedule risk, identification of opportunities (including schedule margin planning), and providing robust/actionable performance reporting from the IMS to support and drive program management understanding and action
Leads integration of supplier and partner plans and schedules into the IMS to ensure the whole team is operating to the same rhythm and priorities
Models driving program execution through quick turn generation of prospective schedule performance analyses, recovery/alternate scenario planning, and improved schedule visibility/visualization
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
This position requires an active U.S. Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active)
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Experience in Program Scheduling
Experience and proficiency working with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Experience using Integrated Scheduling tools such as: Open Plan Professional, Microsoft Project Professional, Enterprise Project Management, or a similar tool
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s Degree or higher
Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) with applying Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations Supplement (DFARS) requirements
Experience modeling complex development programs including integration of activities across multiple platforms, multiple suppliers, and customer resources
Project Management Certification (PMP)
Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Typical Education & Experience:
Mid-Level (Level 3)
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).
Lead (Level 4)
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).
Senior (Level 5)
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 15 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+13 years' related work experience, 19 years' related work experience, etc.).

Summary pay range for Mid-Level: $93,500 – $126,500
Summary pay range for Lead Level: $115,600 – $156,400
Summary pay range for Senior Level: $141,950 – $192,050
