This security engineering position will be part of a skilled and highly functioning team where there is a lot of opportunity and enhance existing skills or learn new ones. This role will help troubleshoot, maintain, and act as subject matter experts for our Managed Security Services clients. This role will be supporting a variety of security controls across multiple technology platforms.
About the team:
Managed Security Services (MSS) Gateway Protection Team is responsible for the following MSS services:
- Email Security
- Email Encryption
- SecureDNS
- Web Security
- MFA
- Website Defacement Monitoring/DNS Pharming Monitoring
What you will be doing:
Managing and supporting tools to deliver our services to our customers.
Main duties and responsibilities of the role :
- Reviewing and Implementing standards and policies
- Handling incidents related to our services
- Log analysis
- Documentation
- Work with other teams and/or customers to troubleshoot issues
What you bring:
- Broad IT skillset
- Understanding of email flow
- IT fundamentals
- Security fundamentals
- Technical Troubleshooting
