What you'll do...
As a Senior Manager, Systems and Infrastructure Engineering, you will be a part of a unique and knowledgeable team that drives to improve our Supply Chain systems and infrastructure stability thru collaboration with the many teams in all areas of Walmart. The Senior Manager, Systems and Infrastructure Engineering also assists the Supply Chain System's site teams with operational process and practices that allow our distribution centers and fulfillment centers to successfully operate in a safe and efficient manner both physically and digitally. This person will be managing DSSMs.

From groceries and entertainment to sporting goods and crafts, Walmart U.S. offers an extensive selection that our customers value, whether they shop online at Walmart.com, through one of our mobile apps, or in-store. Focus areas include customers, stores and employees, in-store service, merchant tools, merchant data science, and search and personalization.
What you'll do:
As a Senior Manager, Systems and Infrastructure Engineering within the Fulfillment Center space:
You will be a part of team that drives Operational Excellence and Root Cause Analysis with both Vendors and Walmart teams to help improve both Production and System Uptime while reducing site pain points with the digital ecommerce space on a daily basis.
Interact daily with FCs systems and peers to help enable our FCs to be "Best in Class" and provide positive customer journey.
Work with Walmart product teams to help structure and provide feedback on FC associate journey.
What you'll bring:
Detailed knowledge of site Systems/IT compliance component and infrastructure and what role that these items influence production in the day to day operations at the site.
Comprehensive knowledge of Supply Chain operations and how our internal and external customers are taken care of by our warehouses.
Be a proactive support leader by encouraging and empowering our Supply Chain Systems teams through knowledge sharing and training to help grow the next group leaders within our sites.

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, information systems, information technology, or related area and 5 years’experience in technology infrastructure engineering across areas such as compute, storage, network, mobility or virtualization-related technologies.Option 2: 7 years’ experience in technology infrastructure engineering across areas such as compute, storage, network, mobility or virtualization relatedtechnologies.
2 years’ supervisory experience or experience leading cross-functional teams.
