The Closed-Loop Monetization Product Team is responsible for the TikTok Shop advertising solution, which helps TikTok Shop merchants grow their business on TikTok. TikTok Shop is an innovative new shopping feature that enables merchants, brands, and creators to showcase and sell products directly on TikTok through in-feed videos, LIVEs, the product showcase tab, and the shopping center (2nd tab of the TikTok app). TikTok Shop is now available in South East Asia, the United Kingdom, and the United States. We are looking for an experienced Product Manager who will scale TikTok Shop ads and customize it to the unique needs of the U.S. Market. You will help retailers and brands of all sizes connect with their customers through TikTok and ultimately drive business growth. This role will be an individual contributor. Responsibilities: - Identify opportunities to design, build, and drive adoption of ad products that integrate into TikTok's native experience and consumer shopping journey - Define product strategy and roadmap, manage your product's lifecycle end-to-end, and work with cross-functional partners for successful development, go-to-market, operation, marketing, and demand-generation efforts - Analyze and diagnose business problems, identify client pain points and priorities, lead short and long-term business strategy and implementation plans for TikTok Shop ad solutions- BA/BS degree in Computer Science, EE, Mathematics, Statistics, or equivalent practical experience - 7+ years of direct experience in product management or related, with demonstrated leadership in the management of a product (or portfolio of products) through the development lifecycle, from conception to launch to ongoing performance measurement and optimization - 5+ years of experience in performance advertising - Experience influencing Product Management/Engineering teams, executive leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders - Demonstrated flexibility and ability to work in a fast-changing environment or experience working for a startup - Ability to speak to technical/business stakeholders and users and interact at all levels of the organization - Distinctive problem-solving skills with the ability to define problems and identify potential solutions - Fast learner with a good sense of judgment and original thinking - Excellent documentation, presentation, communication, organizational, and analytical skills, particularly implemented in a cross-functional and global role TikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
