You are:
In your role within our Industry X team, you’ll help clients take advantage of significant market opportunities as digital technology moves into the core of industry in product development and manufacturing environments. You’ll help them transform their product, manufacturing and product related services value chains in Products, Communications, Media, High Tech, Aerospace & Defense, Chemicals, Mining, Oil & Gas and Utilities. Responsibilities of the 3DEXPERIENCE Associate Manager may include:
- Perform project management activities in the areas of Product Engineering and Manufacturing & Digital Operations.
- Work closely with the Accenture team and key stakeholders to understand requirements, owning specifications and design documents, and deploy the applications.
- Assist in the analysis, design and development of a roadmap and implementation based upon a current vs. future state in a cohesive architecture viewpoint.
- Facilitate development of assets and solution frameworks that combine knowledge of the R&D and Engineering business processes and issues, technology trends and digital priorities.
- Identify key value drivers and demonstrate how digital transformation of R&D and Engineering can enable key enterprise imperatives.
- Lead customer workshops.
- Lead functional teams.
- Coach the implementation team.
- Provide Functional system solutions for PLM / MES systems.
- Participate in the functional design and the functional Architecture of the solution.
- Design and implement application configurations to meet business process and application requirements. Review and approve functional specifications and conduct code walk-through.
- Gather and analyze data and develop architectural requirements at project level.
- Act as an advocate of Product Lifecycle Management and/or Manufacturing best practices, methods, and processes.
- Develop test plans to assure that developed solution satisfies client requirements.
- Management and follow up on internal and external sales campaigns.
Here’s what you need:
- 6 years of professional experience with 3DEXPERIENCE or others Dassault Systèmes products.
- 8 years of professional experience in Engineering/Manufacturing IT systems including ERP, PLM, MES and QMS.
- 2 years of program management experience in IT systems (Engineering/Manufacturing) including ERP, PLM, MES and QMS.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If associate degree, must have minimum 6 years’ work experience)
Bonus points if:
- Experience in IT systems at least 1 of the following industries:
- Aerospace & Defense
- Electronics & High Tech
- Energy & Utilities
- Automotive/Tier 1 Suppliers
- Industrial Equipment
- Travel, Transportation and Logistics
- Consumer packaged goods
- Good analytical & troubleshooting skills.
- Systems Implementation methodology knowledge (Agile Methodology, Waterfall).
- Proactive demonstrated ability to search and provide information on the key industry challenges and trends and apply new technology to, and reusing existing technology for, end to end R&D and Engineering business processes.
- Self-starter with a bias toward action and the ability to produce results.
- Strong team player with a “can do” attitude, and the flexibility to jump in wherever needed.
- Able to comfortably manage multiple tasks, communicate status, escalate issues and juggle competing priorities.
- Ability to understand business needs, articulate trade-offs, and discuss solutions with business and development teams.
- Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York or Washington as set forth below.
