ABOUT THE ROLE
This position requires a versatile engineer to take Ownership and Responsibility for the Quality of our Deliverables. As a member of this dynamic and fast-paced team, you will be involved in Testing and in the development of Automation Strategies/Processes. You will play a crucial role in leading quality assurance activity and ensure that all people in the team adhere to Automation Procedures and Quality Standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead QA activities on assigned Projects, and take Ownership and Responsibility for the Quality of our Deliverables
- Perform focused Exploratory Testing in areas potentially affected by the implementation of a new feature
- Execution of Standard Manual Tests in order to find Bugs and improve Quality of our deliverables
- Contribute to periodic Status Reports on all our Testing Activities
- Understand Business Requirements and Architectural Designs in order to plan and improve Coverage for our Automated Testing Suite
- Maximize Automated Testing Output by questioning and challenging manual processes to look for Automation alternatives
- Define and establish an Automation Strategy or Process, and review it with Stakeholders
- Ensure that all people in the team adhere to Automation Procedures and Quality Standards
- Collaborate with the Global Team using SDLC tools, like JIRA, Confluence, Trello and Google Suite
- Communicate Proactively in a Collaborative Multinational Team Environment
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Bachelor or Master degree; Majors in Information Technology, Computer Science or closely related field are preferred
- At least 2 years of experience in Testing
- Strong analytical skills in identifying Testing Scenarios for both functional and nonfunctional testing
- At least 2 years of experience in C# and Microsoft Visual Studio
- Experience and Knowledge in SQL and React
- Experience in following Technologies: Selenium, HTML/CSS, json/yaml/parquet structures, Gitlab, Jenkins, CI/CD, API
- Good communication and coordination skills in a Multinational Environment
