Sr. Account Executive - SaaS

ShipperHQ is a startup headquartered in Austin, TX making a big impact in the e-commerce shipping space. Founded in 2009, we are a premier supplier of shipping software for e-commerce sites, selling to both SMB and Enterprise customers. We have 40+ team members spread across the US, the UK, Ireland, and Australia. 30+ members are based in Austin, TX. We are seeking an outgoing individual with a positive attitude who is willing to grow with the company.
Day-to-day, you’ll uncover customer pain points, build out our solution to match their needs & present the value of our industry-leading technology. It’s satisfying and enjoyable, and you’ll never be bored.
The Sr. Account Executive contributes in the following areas:
Oversee and manage the entire sales funnel, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
Conduct high-impact sales calls and product demonstrations with prospects, showcasing the value proposition of our SaaS solution.
Provide thought leadership in identifying market trends, customer pain points, and growth opportunities.
Demonstrate a deep understanding of customer pain points and align our technology as the optimal solution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance overall sales strategies and tactics.
Think critically about existing sales processes and actively contribute to refining and optimizing them for maximum efficiency.
The ideal candidate would have the following experience:
Minimum 3 years in a SaaS sales role, with a proven track record of closing new deals and expanding business.
In-depth knowledge of eCommerce and the eCommerce software landscape, demonstrating a strong understanding of industry trends and customer needs.
Proficient in sales processes, and funnel management, and experience in successfully navigating complex sales cycles.
Experience with Hubspot preferred

We are only considering candidates within the Austin area as this is a full-time position working out of our Austin, TX office 2 days a week
