JOB ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the planning and execution of a multi-year D365 ERP implementation
- Travel to sites in OH and PA as required, average of 25%
- Collaborate with manufacturing and SCM department leaders to identify areas for improvement and efficiencies
- Gather and analyze business requirements, creating detailed functional documentation
- Lead User Acceptance Training efforts from the front
- Work closely with the Microsoft Partner to understand what’s been done so far (and why)
- Demonstrate the benefits, ensuring user adoption within the facility
- Lead testing and QA activities before deployment
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
- Has a deep manufacturing or supply chain background, with experience (or an interest) in metals or automotive
- Will champion the use of D365 to department leaders internally
- Has implemented D365 F&O (and AX) multiple times for the Enterprise
- Is passionate about learning and professional development
- Is an exceptional communicator at all levels, from factory workers to C-level executives
- Is diplomatic and tactful, using active listening skills to truly understand what the users actually need (not what they think they need!)
- Will be proactive seek ways to optimize and enhance by staying on top of the latest Microsoft and D365 releases
